Model Home Program

Model home discounts apply to homes being built and displayed in conjuction with Parade/Showcase of Homes or Builders own model that will be open to the public. Spec homes cannot qualify for discount. Model home discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other MDI promotion on that particular item at any time. Only warehouse orders qualify for model home discounts. Drop shipment orders do not qualify for extended discount.

All model home requests must be submitted to MDI using our Model Home Discount Request Form and must be completed by the dealer requesting credit. Requests must include copies of all related invoicing from MDI and a photo of the product installed in the home. Approved requests will be submitted to the dealer in the form of a credit to account after receipt of completed form and photos.

All paperwork must be emailed, faxed or mailed to Marketing within 90 days of MDI invoice date.

• Windsor Windows and Doors - Pinnacle & Next Dimension (Additional 5% off)
• Interior Doors - Panel or French Doors (Additional 6% off)
• L.J. Smith Stair Systems (Additional 6% off)
• HB&G - Wood Columns, Turned Posts, PermaCast Columns, PermaPosts, PermaRail Systems(Additional 6% off)
• Fypon (Additional 6% off)

* To qualify, all exterior doors in model home must be Therma-Tru brand placed at the same time as discounted door system.
